To finalize your application, please ensure to complete all the tasks outlined in the checklist below, which includes submitting all supplementary application forms to the Admissions Portal.

Application Checklist & Portal
for Incoming Freshmen
For students coming from our Foundation schools: St. Joseph's, St. John Neumann, Sacred Heart, St. Mary's or Episcopal School of Knoxville:
- Submit completed online application and application fee of $125.
- Register for the High School Placement Test (The next placement tests will be on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 8 a.m. and Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 8 a.m.) The KCHS Access Code is ZN.
- Submit signed Request for Records form to your current school.
- Submit completed Personal Statement Form ( please hand write in ink), save and upload to the admissions portal.
UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
For students not coming from a Foundation school:
- Submit completed online application and application fee of $125.
- Register for the High School Placement Test (The next placement tests will be on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 8 a.m. and Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 8 a.m.) The KCHS Access Code is ZN.
- Submit signed Request for Records form to your current school.
- Submit completed Personal Statement Form ( please hand write in ink), save and upload to the admissions portal.
- For your Letter of Recommendation, send this link to the individual completing a personal reference on the student's behalf: https://knoxvillecatholic.com/recommendation.
- Have your current 8th grade teacher(s) complete the 8th Grade Student Evaluation Form on your behalf.
UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
For Transfer Students:
Submit completed online application and application fee of $200.
- Submit signed Request for Records form to your current school.
- Submit completed Personal Statement Form ( please hand write in ink), save and upload to the admissions portal below:
