Admissions representatives are invited to schedule a visit through the Guidance Office, or schedule directly from the SCOIR website. Private college visits are open to all grades 9-12. KCHS does not host lunch visits in the cafeteria.

Once you arrive, use the Visitor Parking across from the baseball stadium and check-in at the Front Office. You will be given a visitor’s badge and a school counselor will greet you and help set up in the Guidance Suite.

Academic Profile

Graduates of Knoxville Catholic High School may request their High School transcript for higher education and employment here. Once a student is 18 years of age or in a post-secondary setting, it is a requirement of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) law to have a written request to release the transcript. We do that by utilizing Parchment, a secure platform that creates digital credentials, protected with end-to-end encryption. Transcripts cannot be requested over the phone or by a third party (i.e., a parent or guardian). If you have any questions, please contact the KCHS Registrar.
