To finalize your application, please ensure to complete all the tasks outlined in the checklist below, which includes submitting all supplementary application forms to the Admissions Portal.

Application Checklist
for Incoming Freshmen
For students coming from our Foundation schools: St. Joseph's, St. John Neumann, Sacred Heart, St. Mary's or Episcopal School of Knoxville:
- Submit completed online application and application fee of $125.
Register for Placement Test (The next placement tests will be on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 8 a.m. and Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 8 a.m.) The KCHS Access Code is ZN.- Submit signed Request for Records form to your current school.
- Submit completed Personal Statement Form ( please hand write in ink), save and upload to the admissions portal.
UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
For students not coming from a Foundation school:
- Submit completed online application and application fee of $125.
- Register for Placement Test (The next placement tests will be on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 8 a.m. and Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 8 a.m.) The KCHS Access Code is ZN.
- Submit signed Request for Records form to your current school.
- Submit completed Personal Statement Form ( please hand write in ink), save and upload to the admissions portal.
- Submit one Letter of Recommendation and upload to the admissions portal.
- Forward 8th Grade Student Evaluation to student's current 8th grade teachers. Form should be submitted by middle school teachers to Knoxville Catholic.
