FRESHMEN APPLICATIONS
To finalize your application, please ensure to complete all the tasks outlined in the checklist below, which includes submitting all supplementary application forms.
Application Checklists
For students coming from St. Joseph's, St. John Neumann, Sacred Heart, St. Mary's or Episcopal School of Knoxville:
- Submit completed online application and application fee of $125.
- Register for Placement Test (Saturday, Dec. 2 at 8 a.m or Saturday, Jan. 20 at 8 a.m.) The KCHS Access Code is ZN.
- Submit signed Request for Records form to your current school.
- Submit completed Personal Statement Form ( please hand write in ink). Upload this to your online application, the admissions portal, email, mail or deliver to KCHS in person.
UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
For students not coming from a local Catholic school or Episcopal School of Knoxville:
- Submit completed online application and application fee of $125.

- Submit one Letter of Recommendation. You may upload this to the admissions portal, mail, email or deliver to KCHS in person.
- Forward 8th Grade Student Evaluation to student's current 8th grade teachers. Form should be submitted by middle school teachers to Knoxville Catholic.
